Lucy is patient, utterly reliable, and kind. She took great care of my mom, who is an extreme fall risk with cognitive issues. Lucy kept good notes and regularly sent pictures and messages so we'd know how Mom was doing. We stopped employing Lucy regularly when we moved Mom, but we still hire Lucy when she's available and we need a few hours of extra help.
