Sad to see you go!. Miss Dawkins worked with our family and another family in a nanny share, and she was truly amazing. From the very beginning, she helped get the children on a consistent sleep schedule, assisted with sleep training, and successfully transitioned my baby to solid foods. My son usually doesn’t warm up to strangers, but he bonded with Miss Dawkins almost immediately. She quickly became like a grandmother to our boys, and we always knew they were in loving, capable hands. She came to work on time and helped out around the house!. Communicated well and was just honestly amazing. Unfortunately, the other family decided to enroll their child in daycare, and we ultimately chose to do the same to keep the boys together.. That meant we had to part ways with Miss Dawkins, but we still plan to use her for date nights because she’s become such a trusted part of our family’s life. Happy to be a reference!.
