For 20+ years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My journey began with a deep-seated desire to support their well-being and independence, fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I offer respite care, hospice services, home health, and personal care. I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
