Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or agitation, especially with memory care needs. I build connections by earning trust and keep families informed with daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. As a home health aide with some college, I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm happy to provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping.
