I am an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs in both classroom and one-on-one settings. Through my RBT and childcare experience, I've developed strong skills in behavioral support, communication development, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and mobility assistance. I have experience supporting nonverbal children and individuals who use alternative communication methods, including AAC devices, mand boards, and PECS communication boards. I am also experienced in implementing individualized behavior support strategies, using positive reinforcement, assisting with daily routines, and adapting my approach to each individual's communication, behavioral, physical, and developmental needs.
