About Luma

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, responsible and realible. I like working with kids because besides loving being around them, it's something I feel comfortable and confident doing. I'm looking for a job where I can care for children in a safe and positive environment while building a relationship based on mutual trust, respect, and good communication with the family. I started working with children in Brazil when I was a teenager. Since then, I have gained around four years of childcare experience in both Brazil and the United States, caring for children of different ages and supporting their daily routines and development. In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, traveling, spending time with friends, and taking walks outdoors. One thing you should know about me is that I can be a little shy at first, especially when I am in a new environment. However, once I feel comfortable, I'm warm, caring, and open.
