About Luiza

I am a certified teacher with a postgraduate degree in Pe and extensive experience working with children in both educational and family settings. I have over two years of experience as an au pair, as well as experience working in schools, which has given me a strong foundation in child development and daily childcare routines. I have worked with children of different ages and focus not only on daily care, but also on emotional, social, and cognitive development. I believe learning happens through everyday experiences. I am patient, loving, disciplined, reliable, and organized. I take my responsibility very seriously and strive to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and confident. I value clear communication and a strong partnership with families. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going for walks, and going to the gym.
