Hi he seemed like an amendable person and we had a great interview. He was going to follow up but did not. We reached out twice and heard nothing back despite him showing he read the message. People you apply for a job. You have an interview. You are offered to be brought in for a training. If it doesn’t seem like a fit. Have a courtesy to do a follow up and say no thanks. It doesn’t bode on professionalism or trust in this care person.
