Hi, my name is Luisa, but everyone calls me Lola. I'm originally from Medellín, Colombia. I have 8 years of experience caring for seniors, and over the years I've learned that good care is not only about helping with daily routines--it's also about companionship, patience, respect, and making someone feel comfortable and valued in their own home. Spanish is my first language. My English is currently basic, but I'm committed to improving it every day, and I also use translation earbuds when needed to communicate more easily. I'm someone who takes caregiving seriously and understands the importance of being dependable, attentive, and respectful of each person's individual needs and independence.
