I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, caring and supportive I like working with kids because their curiosity and creativity make every day fun and rewarding. Helping them learn, grow, and feel safe gives me a strong sense of purpose and joy. I'm looking for a job where open communication with parents is valued, so we can work together to support their child's needs and routines. I also appreciate a family that encourages clear expectations and feedback, creating a positive and respectful environment for everyone. I started working with kids when I was 14 and have experience caring for children of all ages. I've successfully babysat for multiple families and some up to four children at once, managing their needs with patience, organization, and a calm, caring approach. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, staying active, and experiencing new things that help me grow personally and professionally. I also love spending time with family and friends.
