About Lucy

Hello! My name is Lucy and I am a graduating student at California State University, Long Beach studying English Creative Writing. Bringing five years of childcare experience, I'm passionate about creating a nurturing, fun, and safe environment for your children. Growing up, both my parents worked full time jobs and they relied on baby sitting to care for me. As I have grown up, I have found a passion for teaching and community involvement. Other relevant experience includes volunteering at local elementary schools to mentor and tutor at-risk youth. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I can also assist with any homework, school projects, meal prep, and cleaning. I'm happy to follow your lead on household rules, am a quick learner and very patient. Plus, I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
