Our family adores Lucy. She has been a babysitter for us since our kids were babies (they are now ages 11, 9 and 3), and she has been wonderful at all of their ages and stages of development. She matches their energy and enthusiasm, always with them on the jungle gym, in the pool, playing hide and seek, etc (never on the sideline, watching them play). She is always fully present and engaged. She is warm, caring, empathic, punctual, trustworthy, and so fun! When my kids are with her, I feel fully confident that they are safe, loved, and having a blast. She is the best.
