About Lucy

My name is Lucy, and I am passionate about helping young children build strong academic foundations and confidence in learning. I have completed a vocational school course in Early Childhood Education, where I gained hands-on experience supporting developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning strategies. I am currently in school for nursing, which has strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to care for children in a calm and supportive manner. I work as a nanny, where I focus on teaching children the fundamentals of reading and writing, including letter recognition, phonics, early comprehension, and fine motor skills. In addition, I work as a substitute preschool teacher, allowing me to adapt to different classroom environments and learning styles. I strive to create a positive, engaging, and encouraging learning experience that helps children ages 5-7 grow academically and emotionally while developing a love for learning.
