About Lucy

For 6 years, I have worked as a behavioral interventionist at a therapeutic special education school called the Maplehill School and Farm in Vermont ages 9- 21. I help the students learn to regulate/ coregulate while navigating academics, life skills and social environments at school. It's a job that always needs a plan A, B, C, D and a little extra something. I also teach ceramics at this school and support students at an equine therapy program. I am always driving the students in my personal vehicle so I feel very comfortable with those safety needs. I know the power of building a trusting relationship with kids and the beauty of discovering what that looks like.
