Making a difference in people's lives is what truly motivates me. For the past two years, I've been a Certified Home Health Aide, providing live-in care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia. I understand the importance of respecting independence. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
