About Lucy

I've always been passionate about childcare and enjoy creating a positive and stable environment for children to learn, grow, and explore their interests. I have a bachelors degree in bioengineering and have been a technical solutions engineer at Epic for four years. These experiences have taught me to manage my time well, be patient with others, and communicate effectively. I have also been a Big Sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County since January of 2024, which has given me great childcare and mentorship experience. Now that my time at Epic is coming to an end, I'd like to leverage my previous babysitting experience in a part time position as a Nanny/Babysitter. I am renewing my CPR/First Aid certification and am happy to cook for, play with, drive, or tutor children as well as provide light housework if needed. I'm looking forward to meeting your family and for the opportunity to provide fun, safe, and structured childcare!
