About Lucy

I've always been passionate about childcare and enjoy creating a positive and stable environment for children to learn, grow, and explore their interests. I have a bachelors degree in bioengineering and was a technical solutions engineer at Epic for four years. These experiences have taught me to manage my time well, be patient with others, and communicate effectively. I have also been a Big Sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County since January of 2024, which has given me great childcare and mentorship experience. Now that I've left my position at Epic, I'd like to leverage my previous babysitting experience in a part time position as a Nanny/Babysitter. I am CPR/First Aid certified and am happy to cook for, play with, drive, or tutor children as well as provide light housework if needed. I'm looking forward to meeting your family and for the opportunity to provide fun, safe, and structured childcare!
