About Lucy

I've always loved being involved and giving back. In high school, I joined clubs, sports, volunteer groups, and leadership roles to contribute to my community. One of the most meaningful experiences was mentoring younger students, which taught me patience, empathy, and the value of simply being there for others. As captain of two varsity teams, I also learned how to lead while keeping things fun and supportive. In the past, I have nanny for a family over the summer, which has provided me with new skills and opportunities. Now, I'm a freshman at the University of Iowa and regularly babysit for two families.
