Lucy has been watching our son for the last 5 years, since he was around 1 year old. He is 6 now and she has been fantastic at every stage. She is patient and playful with him and he looks forward to her coming to our house. I am confident that she listens to my requests and follows them well. She is also extremely punctual and reliable. She has never once been late or cancelled on us. I trust her completely and am disappointed when she isn't available, she is always our first choice!!
