About Lucy

For the last three years, I've been caring for my own two 2-year-old tabby cats full of attitude and energy, and a 6-year-old lab mix. My one cat struggles with having accidents outside of the litter box due to idiopathic cystitis, and takes medication daily, which he refuses and I have to force him to take it for now, so I have some experience with temperamental kitties. Because one is the typical orange cat and they're young, they require lots of enrichment, playtime, treats and love, so that I am also used to, and don't mind spending extra time to play with your creatures to prevent things such as garbage surfing.. outside of my animals, growing up I've always taken care of my parents dogs, and also raised chickens and ducks where I learned how to care for them! I don't have experience with reptiles or larger farm animals, although I'm always looking to learn something new and do my best at it!
