While I haven't had paid professional experience in elder care, I've had the privilege of helping care for my grandparents growing up, which gave me a strong foundation in supporting seniors with kindness, patience, and respect. Through my involvement in church and various community organizations, I've also had the opportunity to work alongside older adults--assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, and participating in programs that serve seniors.
