With four years of experience as a Certified teacher, I am highly well versed in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504) to meet diverse learning needs. I believe every student possesses unique strengths, so I adapt my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex concepts manageable. By breaking down challenging topics into clear steps, I help build the confidence necessary for academic growth. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we remain a collaborative team.
