About Lucretia

Hello, my name is Lucretia. I bring 19 years of experience in the healthcare field, including 11 years as a nursing assistant and more than 5 years working with individuals with special needs. My background includes working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, private homes, and a specialized special-needs facility. My passion for care began early, when I helped care for my great-grandmother who had dementia, and later supported my mother through severe rheumatoid arthritis. Since then, I've worked with individuals of all ages-from 3 to 97-with a wide range of conditions such as Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, stroke, various cancers, asthma, hearing impairments, G-tubes, trach and nephrostomy tubes, hospice care, and more. I am comfortable with pets, able to assist with light housekeeping, and dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable support. References are available upon request.
