About Lucine

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I assess individual needs by observing how a student interacts with new material, then adapt my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions to ensure concepts click. When subjects become challenging, I bridge the gap by connecting topics to real-world interests and celebrating every small success. I believe open communication is essential to building a collaborative environment between myself, the student, and the family. Whether we meet at a library, school, or online, my goal is to help your child develop the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I truly cherish those "aha!" moments when a student masters a new skill and begins to believe in their own abilities.
