About Lucileia

Becoming a caregiver was a natural extension of my desire to support families. My name is Lucileia, and I'm a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA). I am passionate about providing compassionate and respectful care. For the past two years, I've enjoyed assisting clients with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I maintain a safe and comfortable environment. I am patient, calm, friendly, and organized. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and regular updates. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. As a student, I am eager to find an opportunity to use my skills to help your family.
