Hi! My name is Luci, and I'm a dependable, caring, and enthusiastic childcare professional with several years of experience working with children of different ages and abilities. I have experience as a camp counselor, junior counselor, nature-program leader, and PASS worker. These roles have taught me patience, communication, responsibility, and how to create safe, welcoming environments for children. I love keeping children engaged through outdoor activities, crafts, games, nature exploration, and hands-on learning. I believe every child deserves to feel accepted, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm comfortable supporting children with different needs and abilities and enjoy helping them build confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
