About Lucienne

Working with children is something I genuinely love and have spent many years doing. I have over five years of hands-on childcare experience with ages ranging from infants to teens, along with CPR training. I focus on creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. I'm patient, creative, and attentive, and I love encouraging curiosity through outdoor play, imaginative games, arts and crafts, music, and movement. During college, I worked at Little Lovage Club in Boston, where I taught children's ballet, art, and music classes and helped organize and host birthday parties. This experience strengthened my ability to lead with warmth, manage groups thoughtfully, and create welcoming spaces where children feel seen and encouraged. I value clear communication, consistency, and mutual trust, and I bring a calm, reliable, and positive presence to every family I work with.
