We had our first cleaning today, and I am beyond impressed. She and her team were amazing from start to finish. They arrived right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and paid close attention to the specific areas I had mentioned as priorities.

She is a super dedicated person and her work is excepcional!

Take a lot of pride in her work and work ethic is very good I would definitely use her services again

Awful experience. Luciane (Lu) neglected to clean entire areas of our house then denied it when I pointed these areas out. Completely unacceptable. She charges a supplemental “initial cleaning fee” for an extra thorough first cleaning. I told her this wasn’t fair given the poor quality of her work. She demanded I pay it anyway. I didn’t want to waste energy arguing with her so I paid her what she wanted and asked her to leave. She seemed so sweet during our initial meeting too. So disappointing

Luciane is pleasant and polite and she did an exceptional job She left the house looking and smelling like new. I highly recommend her services.

Lu has all the qualities I have always looked for in someone to take care of my home. She is detailed, quick, good-humored and, best of all, trustworthy. She is also very helpful with anything I have needed.
