Awful experience. Luciane (Lu) neglected to clean entire areas of our house then denied it when I pointed these areas out. Completely unacceptable. She charges a supplemental “initial cleaning fee” for an extra thorough first cleaning. I told her this wasn’t fair given the poor quality of her work. She demanded I pay it anyway. I didn’t want to waste energy arguing with her so I paid her what she wanted and asked her to leave. She seemed so sweet during our initial meeting too. So disappointing
