Awful experience. Luciane (Lu) neglected to clean entire areas of our house then denied it when I pointed these areas out. Completely unacceptable. She charges a supplemental “initial cleaning fee” for an extra thorough first cleaning. I told her this wasn’t fair given the poor quality of her work. She demanded I pay it anyway. I didn’t want to waste energy arguing with her so I paid her what she wanted and asked her to leave. She seemed so sweet during our initial meeting too. So disappointing

Luciane is pleasant and polite and she did an exceptional job She left the house looking and smelling like new. I highly recommend her services.
