Luciana was with our family for 3 amazing years. She started with us a few months after we moved to Reno and when our youngest was just a few days old. We now have a 6,4 and 3 year old. Luciana was incredibly caring, loving, passionate, helpful and dependable. She was incredible about meeting our kids where they were developmentally, whether it was as a 3 day old or 6 year old. She not only took amazing care of the children but she helped care for our home, finding ways to help me and my husband without us even asking her (laundry, tidying, date nights, driving kids, cooking, etc!). She's a very safe and cautious driver which gave us a lot of peace. She listens well and wants to be part of the family. We’re so thankful for her.
