I needed a last minute babysitter on a Sunday. I contacted Luciana in the morning time, she responded quickly to my message and lucky for me she was available to stay with my 4 year old son in the evening. She was friendly, asked great questions, was on time, and actually played with my son which he enjoyed. I will definitely be looking to rehire her again.

I've known Lu for years as she worked for another family in our neighborhood, and my son frequently had play dates with the little boy she took care of. She babysat for us often during that time, and when the family moved away we quickly scooped her up to nanny for our son until he started preschool. I only have the most positive things to say about Lu. She is warm and loving as a person and the children absolutely love her. She is attentive to their needs and is able to be stern and provide discipline when necessary.  She is creative and energetic, will speak in Portuguese or English, whichever your preference, and never runs out of ideas for games and play activities. She is extremely dependable, always timely and an excellent communicator.  We miss her very much! I am happy to speak on the phone to answer any follow up questions, but don't miss the opportunity to hire her...she really is the best!!
