Being a nanny makes me very happy because I love my job. I am cheerful, funny, caring and trustworthy and have lot of experience.

Luciana is incredibly caring, professional, loving towards kids, and fantastic at being a family assistant. We loved working with her! I highly recommend using her for either child care or as a family assistant.

Luciana is amazing!!!!! We miss her already! We are moving out of state so we will no longer need her help. She has taken such good care of our son (18 months now) from the time he was a tiny baby. She is reliable, trustworthy, extremely punctual, and always tons of energy and fun. She is like family to us and I cannot say enough. She will make an amazing addition to any family and you will not regret hiring her.

Luciana is the sweetest, most caring person! She's started watching our son when he was 4 months old (he's now 7 months old), and they had an instant connection! She is engaging and encourages him to do and play new things. Luciana is always on time and is always willing to help with chores around the house while he is sleeping. We are so blessed to have met and connected with Luciana!

Luciana has been a wonderful nanny to my children ages 5,2 and 8 months. She is a joy to be around always caring and helps with anything you ask. I would recommend her to any family. I trust her with my family. Most importantly she has a bright personality always happy and children love her.

BEWARE. The facts are as follows: We hired Luciana almost a month ago to watch 2 babies (4 & 5 months) for a nanny share situation. During the last couple weeks she watched the other family's girl until we needed her March 1 for both families. She showed up late, asked to leave early, and even put their baby on her tummy during nap time. That is absolutely not recommended by pediatricians anymore. And if she has experience with babies she should know that. She arrived to her first day at my house 20 minutes late. Around 3:00 she texted myself and the other Mom to say she can't watch both babies because they sleep at different times and need help going to sleep! They're infants. Of course they need sleep training still. You're not going to get two babies on same schedule the first day! She then tried negotiating with the other Mom to just watch her girl in front of my husband. Neither family wanted her back. Super unreliable and flaky. Not to mention very unprofessional.

Luciana is a very helpful and reliable person - she offered to help me driving my kids when I was in an immediate need even though she was working full time as a nanny . In a very short amount of time she was also able to find another person who could help me with my needs . I am so happy that I found her and got connected . I hope to work with her in the future .

Thank you Luciana :)

Luciana has been a great babysitter and we're so very happy to have found her! She is smart, professional, warm & loving.
She's been helping us for some time now and we love knowing our son is so well cared for.
She interacts with him through fun play, & attracts his attention when mommy has to leave.
One aspect of Luciana's personality that I appreciate the most is her ability to step right in, keep our son engaged, and a willingness to help out around the house when he naps. which is so helpful to me. We just love her!

We were so lucky to find Luciana! As a new mom I was very nervous about someone else watching my baby, but I instantly felt at ease with Luciana. She has been helping with our son since he was two months old. He is now seven months and it is fun to watch how excited he gets when Luciana comes to the door! My husband and I often work from home and it is wonderful to hear them laughing and playing throughout the day. He is constantly learning through her introduction of songs, books, colors, and objects, and she is great with him when he is fussy too. She clearly loves being with babies and I feel completely confident when I leave my son in her hands.

We are so thankful to have found Luciana. From the first time we met I could tell she was very passionate about caring for kids. She is so loving with our baby, helps around the house as needed, is very friendly, and reliable. She has also helped us out in a last minute situation. She is wonderful and we are lucky to have her!

Luciana has been helping us out with my newborn son. She is extremely warm and loving (singing to him, calming him, explaining toys/colors/patterns to him), incredibly punctual (arriving early even!) and eager to help and please (quickly folding laundry, helping wash bottles). I echo Carol's review -- and find her enthusiastic and caring. I've been impressed with her professionalism and instantly felt comfortable with her in my house and with my child.

Luciana recently worked for me while my au pair was on vacation. She helped me care for my 10 month old twins, and we all absolutely loved her. Luciana is a natural with babies - a very warm, down-to-earth, caring person. She is very enthusiastic about her work and always brought great energy into our home. During the babies' downtimes, she was very helpful in taking initiative with cleaning in the kitchen and folding baby laundry. I especially also appreciated how she was easy to communicate with by phone and text in terms of scheduling. She was very reliable. I would definitely hire her again for future babysitting needs. I am planning to return to work in the near future and am hoping that we will have opportunity to work with Luciana again. :)

Luciana is wonderful! She currently watches my 11mo old Colton twice a week and she is the best nanny we've had so far! She is full of energy, she's extremely sweet and accommodating and she just LOVES babies and children. She is always playing with our little guy and having purposeful interactions with him, whether it's teaching him colors, words, how to walk, animals, etc. I feel so comfortable when Luciana is around. I'm hesitant to write her a review because I don't want anyone to steal her from me! ;) She is the best!

Luciana is great with my kids. Very punctual and a happy person. She gives me the peace of mind I need when I leave my kids with her.

Luciana has worked for me one time and I will definitely have her come back. It's clear she's got a ton of experience with children - it shows through in her immediate comfort level. She didn't just play with my son, but actually talked to him the entire time saying the names of animals and colors on his blocks. They also read a few books together. It felt like she elevated playtime to a lesson on vocabulary and language, which was much appreciated by me. She's also very loving and affectionate, and my son responded in kind with a hug before she left.
