She was certified and kind when she came for the interview, which made the complete lack of communication afterward even more disappointing. It’s understandable if someone decides an opportunity isn’t the right fit, but a brief message would have been basic courtesy. I set aside time to meet with her, and being ghosted felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite the positive first impression, I wouldn’t recommend her based on my experience.
