Luciana is exactly what we needed. She is kind, fun and very experienced. Before her first time babysitting with us (1 child, 12), Luciana very carefully listened to us. At her first visit, it was clear she understood the best approach to take with our specific child who can be high-need by being a trusting, cool, presences without asking our child any questions. Our child was nervous for the first visit, but was totally at ease and pleased when we told her Luciana will be returning for another visit. I would recommend her to close friends and family.
