Luciana is a top-notch nanny, who gives exemplary care in her work. She is timely, communicative, fun, thorough, and reliable. She was respectful of our girls' own self-leadership, giving them the space to shine, but also maintaining healthy and safe boundaries. She anticipated details we didn't, in our prep for sending them out for an adventure day together in a new city. She was relevant and loving to our youngest who's on the spectrum, and doesn't take to everyone, but in Luciana's case, M offered hugs, immediately gave her a tour of our rental, and was chatty and thrilled to know her new friend. Our kids' joy and ease with Luciana is the best review of all! 5 stars. I highly recommend her to any family.
