We couldn't dream up a better nanny than Lu! We've had the pleasure of having Lu with our family for almost two years. She started out with just our first son when he was a little over a year old. She immediately became one of his favorite people. Lu is attentive, caring, and so, so patient. And not to mention tidy! She always leaves our home in better condition then she found it. She is a wizard with the kids laundry and keeping everything organized. We've always been so thankful for her depth of knowledge and experience with so many ages because she was always familiar with what stage our son was in and what was coming next. When we had our second son, she added in care for a newborn with EASE. I cannot imagine the transition to two without her support. She follows our sons schedules seamlessly (even with so many different needs!) and makes sure every day is full of engagement, fun, and care while making sure they get everything they need. Her attentiveness and nurturing nature have made our children feel safe, loved, and excited for every day spent with her. She encourages them to learn, explore, and play, always with a gentle yet firm approach that teaches them valuable lessons while keeping things fun. It's clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with them, and they absolutely adore her in return. We feel so lucky to have found such a kind, dependable, and loving nanny. We are so thankful for our time with Lu and cannot recommend her more!
