Hello! My name is Lucia and I'm a grad student at UC Santa Barbara. I have experience caring for kids from ages 14 months to teenagers. I have been a regular babysitter for a few families with two boys where I take them on day trips to museums, parks, playgrounds, or local activities. I've also done plenty of evenings and bed times. I've taken care of 4 kids at a time and feel comfortable with small groups whether that be siblings or friends. Also, I have a car and am happy to do pickups/drop offs or bring kids to activities. Lucia has been an amazing babysitter for our family over the past two years, caring for our two children (now 5 years old and 1.5 years old) on an intermittent basis. She is warm, responsible, and incredibly engaging with the kids. She has taken our older child on fun outings and thoughtfully planned crafts and activities during school breaks, keeping her entertained and engaged. She’s also fantastic at involving both kids in creative activities like origami, which they love! In addition, Lucia has been great at preparing meals and snacks, always ensuring the children are well cared for. Beyond her caregiving skills, Lucia is trustworthy, reliable, and a wonderful role model. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and dependable babysitter!
