Lucia is a wonderful nanny. We were so lucky to have her and we have remained friends. She was very professional, caring, loving, punctual, attentive to the safety of the children. Lucia would follow directions and remember everything. After a day or two, it seems she had been here forever and knew exactly what to do. We moved to another city but the children are still very attached to her. I cannot recommend her enough.
