Hi! I'm Luci, I've been a nanny for 5+ years and I'm currently looking for a long-term family. My approach is based on patience and positive guidance. I believe children deserve to feel heard, respected, and emotionally safe. I use gentle communication to help them understand their emotions, express themselves, and develop independence. I'm very inspired by Montessori principles. I believe childhood should be fun and I love planning activities like reading, crafts and outdoor play that help children explore and learn through play I'm looking for a family who value a screen-free childhood and healthy habits in early childhood, while trying to encourage balanced nutrition and limit added sugar whenever possible I'm from Brazil, and in 2024 I completed a Child Neurodevelopment course to better understand children's emotional needs and development I'd love to become part of a family that shares similar values if you feel we're great match, I'd be happy to connect with you!
