We interviewed Lucy for our full-time, long-term nanny position caring for our infant, our four-year-old, and six-year-old. Lucy was wonderful! She immediately engaged with our baby, making her smile immediately, and happily chatted with our two children, not minding how over-excited they were to be meeting a potential nanny. She would have been a great fit for our family - she was so professional, had thoughtful advice about how to develop a productive relationship between a nanny and the family, and was enthusiastic and energetic. We had two great candidates and had to choose one which is really the only reason we didn't hire Lucy. I am sure she will be a great asset to any family!
