I have no formal experience caring for special needs individuals. As a patient and empathetic individual, I thought this might be a good way to give back to my community and help those in need. As a child I was friends with multiple individuals who were autistic and not functional. I will work quickly to learn any specialized skills or knowledge relevant to providing care, and hope to bring a positive environment with me to any situation needing assistance.
