There are not enough superlatives to describe how my family feels about LuAnn O., who through her extraordinary care of my mother through her final five years of her Alzheimer's disease made this intensely challenging time so much more bearable for all of us. In addition to her consistent ability to manage any situation with utter equanimity, thoughtfulness and practicality, her wisdom, humor and professional demeanor at all times was a godsend and we will never be able to repay her for the lovingkindness she showed our mother, who toward the end was by no means an easy patient at times.
