Luana seemed confused after we had made an appointment for a phone interview. She messaged us later and asked if she could speak to us on the phone before her interview. I reminded her that our first interview was over the phone. She stated several times in her writings that she had back-to-back interviews lined up, and wanted to make sure our interview would end in enough time for her to get to her next interview. Then when her phone interview was scheduled she didn't answer the phone, call back, nor message us about needing to cancel or reschedule. Probably a blessing in disguise... I love those. :)
