About Lrae

Hi! My name is L'Rae, and I have years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with neurological learning differences and special needs. I have a Bachelor's of Science in psychology and child development, and I'm passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for kids. Over the past few years, l've worked as a history teacher, swim coach at Aqua-Tots Swim School, supervisor in the children's department at Life Time Fitmess Center, and a neuro-development provider at Jacob's Ladder Special Needs School & Development Center. Outside of this, I've also worked with multiple families in caring for children of all ages including infant to adolescents. I'm also adult and pediatric first aid and CPR certified! I am patient, organized, and attentive to each child's unique needs. Whether it's playtime, homework help, or bedtime routines, I strive to make every experience positive and enriching.
