I have previously worked in the field of Social Services (now retired) for over 10 years providing various types of services and care, that consisted of; providing recreational activities for seniors in a nursing home, personal care, shopping, meal prep and cooking (healthy balanced meals only), reading /companionship, Dr's appointments, etc... I also have worked with individuals that are physically challenged and individuals that are mentally disabled. In addition, I can prepare healthy custom-made meals from scratch that are designed to meet your health diet needs to include juicing, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, and more.
