As a single mom of a teenager, who had to travel frequently for my job, I needed a hire a live-in “mother’s assistant” to help run my life and provide safety, security and a predictable daily routine for my son. Love same to live with us when my son was 13 years old. She was able with her bubbly personality and flexibility, to fit into our family and figure out how best to support our needs. My son and Love formed a very close and personal relationship over time.She was responsible for assuring that my son got to school and after school programs on time, completed his homework and made it to his doctors appointments when I was out of town. She helped me keep order in my household when i could not depend on any daily help and support from my family. I would definitely recommend Love in a caretaker role you might be considering.
