Hey Guys, I'm Lovell! Many of my kiddos call me Cupcake. I have worked as a ADA/Inclusive Program Coordinator with The City of Oakland 4 years. I've created & adapted programming for youth with special needs. I am also currently a grad student with a double major in Psychology and Art (the dream is to become an art therapist *fingers crossed*). While I specialize in special needs care, I have experience in just about every aspect of child care. I have worked in recreation, teaching, tutoring, babysitting, nannying, mother's helper, house manager, mentor always as an advocate and positive role model for the past 16 years but have nannied full time the past 8. I am reliable, honest and very passionate about the care that I provide along with the impact I make on the children I work with. I also have an amazing 5-year-old boy myself who attends works with me. Exploration, Support/Guidance, Education and Love are so very important to me as both a mother and nanny.

We feel like the worst most disorganized people ever for not writing this review sooner. Lovell was a godsend! she entered our home, cared for our children as we would have and managed to make them love her so much we have simply added her to the family - birthdays, play dates she is simply Aunt Lovell now. Although we asked her to be primarily a caregiver she managed to find the time to cook, give an occasional bath, and the house was always cleaner than I left it. We miss her dearly - may just have to schedule a date night again as I think I hear my 7 year old demanding to see her.
