As a Registered Nurse with a college degree, I bring three years of experience to my role. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities into care. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
