Lou was incredible with our daughter. She came into our lives when our daughter was 3 months old and watched her several days each week and on the weekends when we were working. Lou was caring, detail-oriented, and even provided parenting advice when sought. Her experience with childcare was evident from the moment we met her. To this day, Lou still fills in when we need a nanny in a pinch and our daughter (who is very choosey about her caregivers and slow to warm to new folks) is always so excited to see her. When Lou comes over our daughter starts to tell us "bye bye" before we're even fully ready to leave. We always know our daughter is in good hands when Lou is watching her.
