Lourene is one of the most patient, kind, caring individuals I know. She truly cares for people rather than just doing a job! She always goes the extra mile to assist like playing games with my mom to engage her mind as well as healthcare. My mom was a nurse for years so she recognizes & appreciates good care. She has a number of health challenges including early dementia. I’ve used Lourene many times and would have her more if we could.
