I am an experienced retired University Professor from Venezuela. I taught in Educational Psychology and Reading Comprehension and Written Production (Spanish) fields in the university for 26 years. To this is added, my experience in tutoring students and peers. I am a resident in the USA, recently I relocated to Farmington and hope to start over my career in teaching. A way to get closer to my goal and immediately enter the labor market is to teach Spanish classes. I am confident and able to use the appropriate learning strategies according to the student's age. Teaching is my passion. I believe that I can be an outstanding tutor. Not only I have qualifications for teaching Spanish but also, I was a professor in Educational Psychology, which gives me an advantage because I can use my knowledge about learning theories and strategies to help students get a good proficiency in Spanish. I am exciting about starting over from this type of job.
