Very unprofessional and unreliable. Had no professional references and still gave him a chance, he texted and drove, asked for advance pay and did not take direction well at all. He called off on his 2nd day/ shifts he agreed to in the future. Then he quit& demanded pay on the spot even though he agreed pay was coming from program & biweekly pay. He was in process of approval and asked for upfront pay some days & we paid. I was desperate and gave him a chance he didn’t deserve. Buyer Be ware!
